Service Promise
Design
HotChilly always provide a personalised design service. Whether you are building a new house, modifying your existing home or simply want to install a Heat Pump. When selecting a Heat Pump for your home HotChilly reiterate how important the size of the unit is. This is not just the physical size but the capacity of the Heat Pump. Your lounge may be the same area as your neighbors, but factors such as insulation, layout, the amount of windows and doors all effect the size of the Heat Pump needed.
That’s why HotChilly will provide you with an individually designed quote - from a reputable company and proven brands.
Install
When you accept your quote, HotChilly will arrange for a qualified installation technician to install your Heat Pump. All residential installers are hand picked for the residential market and are HVAC qualified and work with registered electricians. They also install only for HotChilly.
Installation involves piping between the interior and exterior units, then connecting them to a power supply. Sometimes new wiring may be necessary because existing circuits are at capacity. Rest assured, HotChillys electrical staff are all registered electricians which means they are able to certify all electrical work.
Maintain
The great thing about Heat Pumps is they don’t just keep you warm but also help to reduce dust, making the air you breathe healthier. The filters in your Heat Pump collect this dust so you need to remember to vacuum these every few months.
HotChilly recommend residential Heat Pumps are serviced annually. This involves checking & cleaning the condensate drain, the drain outlets, tightening electrical connections and checking for leaks. The overall operation of your Heat Pump is tested to ensure that it is operating as per design and capacity. A serviced Heat Pump will keep running efficiently.
