As a HotChilly customer, you can rest assured that the ducting you get is designed specifically for your building.

This is because HotChilly has its own in-house sheet metal manufacturing division, which allows the team to cater for each individual site and its requirements.

Your ducting will be built according to the plans designed by HotChilly’s experienced draughting team, using sophisticated design programmes. Our experienced engineers will then test each component to the highest specifications during the installation process.

We ensure that the highest level of production is achieved by keeping up with the very latest technology.

We have a CNC Plasma Cutter, which allows us to produce:

  • individually designed ducting

  • custom metal fabrication

  • manufactured machinery

  • HVAC sheet metal

HotChilly has purchased two brand new machines for the workshop:

The ‘Cornermatic’ machine installs the TDC corners into the flange of the duct, and following this process, the ‘Whisper-Loc’ then seals the seam on the duct. This new equipment has already significantly increased the speed of our production process.

Finally, we ensure all our production work meets, and exceeds, the quality standards set by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning National Association (SMACNA).
