Manufacturing
Most commercial sites will require ducting to suit each individual building. HotChilly have their own in-house sheet metal manufacturing division which allows them to cater for all site installation requirements.
Ducting will be built according to the plans made by HotChillys in-house draughting team using sophisticated computer aided design programmes and tested to high specifications by experienced engineering staff while it’s being installed.
HotChilly ensure a high level of production is achieved by keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and machinery. The CNC Plasma Cutter allows HotChilly to produce:
individually designed ducting
custom metal fabrication
machinery manufacturing
HVAC sheet metal fabrication
HotChilly have also recently purchased two new machines for their workshop. The Cornermatic machine installs the TDC corners into the flange of the duct and the second machine is the Whisper-Loc, which seals the seam on the duct. These new machines greatly increase the quantities of production in the manufacturing division.
All work will meet, and exceed, the quality standards set by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning National Association (SMACNA).
Installation
At HotChilly, installation of commercial HVAC systems involves everything from physically installing all ducting, piping, and electrical systems, right through to commissioning the system for the very first time.
Towards the conclusion of the project, HotChilly will supply the technical data and as-built drawings of the system installed, together with a comprehensive written manual.
All HotChilly’s work is covered by a 12 month workmanship guarantee. Machinery and parts are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Once installation is complete HotChilly suggest you maintain a service relationship with them so that the equipment installed continues to run efficiently and to its designed capabilities.
